About Us: Valley Roofing is a trusted name in quality roofing solutions. We’re expanding our Roofing Repair Division and are looking for a skilled roofer who takes pride in their craft and is committed to delivering top-notch service.

Position Overview: The Roofing Repair Division handles a wide range of projects including residential and commercial roof repairs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across multiple roofing systems and materials.

Job Type: Full-time
License/Certification: Driver’s License (Required)
Work Location: In person

Responsibilities:

Perform roof repairs and maintenance on residential and commercial properties
Work with TPO, shingles, metal, and (preferably) tile roofing systems
Troubleshoot and assess roofing issues to provide effective solutions
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Be available for occasional weekend work as needed

Requirements:

Proven roofing experience (TPO, shingles, and metal required; tile experience a plus)
Valid driver’s license (must be maintained throughout employment)
Ability to work in various weather conditions and at heights
Strong attention to detail and safety practices
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
